If you had to pick one mixtape DJ to host your funeral, who would you choose? I'm going for S&S or J Mo Ice/Dj Showtime, personally.

Anyway, it's Christmas now as I write this. Last post of 2019. What a shit year. Things really fell apart. I mean really fucking fell apart. Ahem. Where was I? Oh yeah, writing a load of shit as usual.

You can learn many of life's lessons simply from enjoying some New Edition! I'll leave you to discuss that amongst yourselves. An SML tape, so you know it's worth it. This is pretty standard DA BEST OF type material, but it's SML! A favourite DJ of mine.

This is a great tape. It's from 96, it's full of blends, and it's got one of the best intros I've heard. "Sharea" sings about Sandy bootlegging tapes (3 for 10!) and various DJs chip in with insulting language towards ol' Sandy. This is not Sandy's Birthday.

We've had tapes from Dj Greg Nasty, now we present one from Greg Nyce. Look at that cover, it's got it all - a planet, some fun pictures of the DJ himself, and an amusing photoshop of him in a car. And what look likes the borough of Queens NYC exploding in some kind of super nova (we're in space remember). Sadly it's a low quality pic, but I'll scan it one day. It's a good tape, and even though it sounds like I'm taking the piss out of the cover, I actually do like it. Brotha Bill features for a few blends on Side B too.
