Steve Spliff is the Dj and it's hosted by Josie Wales. 'Showtime' from Harlem, as I have mentioned before was a crew consisting of the above mentioned artists, Jae Mo Ice (AKA Lethal Weapon) and a bunch more. I wish we knew more about who was in it and the history behind it! From what I understand, Josie Wales seems to have passed away sometime after this tape, as many early 90s Showtime tapes contain R.I.P shout outs for him.
Now, the bad news - the first 11 minutes of Side B is missing, it got taped over by a Ron G WBLS show, which you can find here if you want.
